Booking and payment
What does a first appointment cost?
OMR 35 for the New Patient Consultation & Examination. You pay OMR 10 when you book and OMR 25 when you arrive.
Why do I pay a deposit?
It holds your time so it is not offered to anyone else, and it means the clinician's diary reflects who is genuinely coming.
Can I get the deposit back?
Yes, if you tell us at least 2 hours before your appointment. Inside 2 hours, or if you do not come, it is kept as an administration fee. The full rules are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Can someone else use my deposit?
No. It is for the named patient only and cannot be transferred.
Which cards can I use?
Omani debit cards and major credit cards, on our bank's secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
Can I pay everything at the clinic instead?
Yes — call or WhatsApp us on +968 7277 7796 and we will book you without an online deposit.
Your appointment
How long does the first visit take?
The consultation and examination is about 30 minutes. Allow 45–60 minutes at the clinic in total, including your intake forms.
What should I bring?
Your ID, and any recent X-rays, MRI scans or reports you already have. A list of your medications is useful. Wear something you can move in.
What happens at the first visit?
We take a full history, discuss what you want to achieve, and carry out a structural and postural assessment. Then we tell you honestly whether our care suits you.
Will I be treated on the first visit?
Not usually. The first visit is for understanding the problem properly. Treatment begins once findings have been reviewed and explained to you.
What if I am running late?
Call us. We will fit you in if we can, but a late start may mean a shorter appointment or moving to another time.
Can someone come in with me?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a family member or friend.
