Delete your CBP app account

In the app (fastest)

Open the app and go to Settings › Delete my account, then confirm. Your app account is deleted straight away.

If you cannot use the app

Email info@cbpsj.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my app account". You can also call +968 7277 7796 or message us on WhatsApp at +968 9550 3623. We check it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your app sign-in (email and password, or Google sign-in) and app language.
The link between your app account and your clinic file, and the details you typed to link it.
Files you sent from the app, and the app's copies of your appointments, records, billing documents and home exercises.
Your exercise ticks, "It hurt" / "Too easy" feedback and your phone's notification code.

What is kept

Your clinical record at the clinic — including documents and messages already added to your file — is kept for as long as Omani healthcare regulation requires. Deleting the app account does not delete it. To ask about your clinical record, see our privacy policy.
