CBP Precision Spine Center opened in Azaiba, Muscat in 2024 with a simple conviction: that the spine should be measured before it’s treated, and corrected — not just comforted. We brought a method to the region that few clinics anywhere can offer, and built a team around it.
Most spinal care chases symptoms. We start somewhere different: with X-rays and posture analysis that show exactly how your spine is aligned against a scientifically defined model of normal. Only then do we build a plan — using Chiropractic BioPhysics®, the most published, research-backed corrective method in the profession.
Bringing the Advanced level of that method to Muscat made us the first practice of its kind in the region — and shaped everything about how we work: precise, evidence-led, and honest about what care can and can’t do.
How CBP works
A graduate of Parker University, Dr. Marchetti is an Advanced Certified Chiropractic BioPhysics® practitioner who introduced this advanced corrective method to Muscat and the wider region. Over 18 years he has focused on structural rehabilitation and scoliosis — the areas where measured, methodical correction makes the biggest difference.
His approach sets the standard for the whole clinic: read the spine accurately, explain it plainly, and only recommend what the measurements support.
Around Dr. Marchetti is a team of chiropractors, physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists bringing more than 50 years of combined experience. CBP Precision Spine Center · MuscatChiropractic BioPhysics certification is awarded in stages. Advanced Certification is the higher tier and requires further postgraduate training and examination in spinal measurement and correction. Dr. Richard Marchetti, DC has held it since 2016.
The difference is measurement. Rather than judging progress by how you feel, spinal alignment is measured in degrees on standardised X-rays before and after care, so a plan can be adjusted, or stopped, based on what the numbers show.
