Who we are
CBP Precision Spine Center is a chiropractic and spine-care clinic at Villa 336, 18th November Street, Azaiba, Muscat 130, Sultanate of Oman. You can reach us on +968 7277 7796 or at info@cbpsj.com.
What these terms cover
They apply when you book an appointment with us, whether online, by telephone, by WhatsApp or in person, and when you pay us for care. By booking you accept them.
Booking an appointment
- Booking online holds a specific time for a specific named person.
- Appointments can be booked up to 2 hours before the time itself. Closer than that, please call or message us.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Until then the time is held only briefly and may be released.
Fees and payment
- A New Patient Consultation & Examination is OMR 35 and lasts about 30 minutes.
- OMR 10 is paid when you book, and the remaining OMR 25 on arrival at the clinic.
- Prices are in Omani Rials and include any applicable taxes.
- Fees for continuing care are explained to you before treatment begins, and never charged without your agreement.
Cancelling, changing or missing an appointment
- If you can't come, call or message us at least 2 hours before your appointment and we'll refund the deposit.
- If you don't come, or tell us less than 2 hours before, the deposit is kept as an administration fee.
- The deposit is for the named patient only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Your part
- Please arrive 10 minutes early so intake forms can be completed.
- Please give us accurate health information. Some conditions and medications change what care is safe for you.
- Please tell us as soon as you know you cannot attend, so the time can be offered to someone else.
About care
Nothing on this website is a diagnosis or a promise of a particular result. Whether our care suits you is decided at your examination, and we will tell you plainly if it does not. Care is always explained before it begins, and you may stop at any point.
If something goes wrong
Please tell us. Most things are put right quickly by speaking to reception or asking for the clinic manager. Write to info@cbpsj.com if you would prefer it in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
