Cancellation & Refund Policy

The deposit

Booking a New Patient Consultation & Examination online costs OMR 10, paid at the time of booking. The remaining OMR 25 is paid on arrival. The deposit holds your time so that it is not offered to anyone else.

The rules, in full

  • If you can't come, call or message us at least 2 hours before your appointment and we'll refund the deposit.
  • If you don't come, or tell us less than 2 hours before, the deposit is kept as an administration fee.
  • The deposit is for the named patient only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Why an administration fee

A missed appointment cannot be given to another patient, and the clinician's time is already committed. The fee covers that, and it is why telling us in good time costs you nothing.

Changing your appointment

Tell us at least 2 hours before and we will move you to another time at no charge — your deposit moves with you. Inside 2 hours, the deposit is kept and a new booking requires a new deposit.

If we cancel

If the clinic has to cancel or move your appointment for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full, or carried to your new time — whichever you prefer.

How a refund is paid

  • Refunds are returned to the same card used to pay. We cannot refund to a different card, to cash, or to another person.
  • We start the refund within 2 working days of agreeing it.
  • Your bank then takes its own time to show it — usually a few working days, and up to 10 for some issuers.

Not transferable

The deposit belongs to the person named on the booking. It cannot be given to a friend or family member, or used for someone else's appointment — including within the same family.

How to cancel, change or ask for a refund

Call or WhatsApp +968 7277 7796, or email info@cbpsj.com. Please give the patient's name and the appointment date and time. We will confirm what we have done in writing.

Ask for the clinic manager. If you would still like it looked at again, write to info@cbpsj.com and we will answer.
