Your app questions, answered

Who can use the app?
Every current CBP Precision Spine Center patient. New to us? Book your new-patient consultation — your app is ready the moment you become a patient.
How do I link my clinic file?
After you create your account, enter your name, national ID or resident card number, date of birth and the mobile number on your file. Reception checks them and approves you — usually the same day. You will get a notification.
Can I manage my family's care too?
Yes. Ask reception to link your children's or parents' files to your account, then switch between them from the Home screen.
Can I book, change or cancel appointments?
Book instantly and reschedule up to 4 hours before your visit. To cancel, or for changes inside 4 hours, call or message the clinic.
Why can't I book a certain type of visit?
The app follows your care plan: treatment visits while you have visits left, re-examinations when they are due, and shockwave or laser only when your doctor has prescribed them.
What will I see in My records?
What the clinic shares with you: reports, X-ray and posture images, billing documents, visits and home exercises. Reports can be downloaded and shared; the rest are view-only.
Can I send documents to the clinic?
Yes — PDF, Word and photos up to 20 MB, from Messages. They are filed in your clinic record automatically.
Is Messages for urgent or medical questions?
No. Reception replies during clinic hours. For anything urgent, call the clinic; in an emergency, call 9999.
Is my information safe?
Yes. It is encrypted, only you and your clinic can see your file, and it is never sold or used for advertising. Sign in with your fingerprint or face. See our privacy policy.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
Both are coming soon — Google Play first, then the App Store. We will let our patients know the moment each is live.
Which languages does it use?
English or Arabic — choose when you sign up, change any time in Settings.
Does it cost anything?
No — the app is free for every CBP patient.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we will email you a link.
How do I delete my app account?
In the app: Settings › Delete my account — it is deleted straight away. Cannot use the app? See how to ask us. Your clinical record is kept, as Omani healthcare regulation requires.
